After a 2,300-mile drive down the West Coast and back with my dog, my brand-new BMW (less than a month old) was definitely showing the miles. After reaching out to several mobile detailers, including RoseCity Details, Othon was immediately responsive and offered very competitive pricing. I also had quite a few questions about the products he used, his process, and his experience, and he took the time to answer everything thoroughly. Othon was quick to respond and schedule me the next day! He did an amazing job cleaning the interior and exterior! I’ve never seen my wheels so clean! Never knew it could shine like that. He cleaned the door jam perfectly. I had dirt there for over 6 years so can’t say how grateful I am to see that clean! Othon gave some great recommendations afterwards to on how to care for the car. Will be happy to use him again next time!

I’ve had this car for over a year now and haven’t gotten a detail ever since until I recently discovered Rosecity Details! And Othón did an amazing job! First thing I said when I first say it was, “ it looks exactly like the day I bought!”. To say the least I was amazed by the results and with the price, I definitely recommend this detail business and will be working with him again! Great communication and very professional!
